Nonconsensual spanking? It's academic
It's hard to imagine an 82 year old overpowering a 41 year old, but I guess the courts will figure it out.
Change of plans
Jury to consider SUNY sex caseFormer SUNY New Paltz professor Wade Thompson, wife at his side, came to Village Court yesterday to face charges of sexually abusing a student.
It was over quickly. His appearance before Justice Judith Reichler was waived to allow a county grand jury to consider the case....Minutes later, he stood in a stairwell, a gray hat on his head, and politely declined to answer questions on the advice of his lawyer, Jon Simonson of New Paltz.
He had plenty to say before about the charges of assault and sexual abuse stemming from accusations made by the 41-year-old English student.
The student told police the incident occurred at Thompson's house the morning of April 19. The woman reported the incident to village and SUNY New Paltz Police the following day. She said Thompson had struck her repeatedly with a blunt instrument and subjected her to unwanted sexual contact, according to police.
Thompson, 82, said the sex was voluntary. "When she left, she left a very happy girl," he said last week.
The Chronicle of Higher Education Thursday quoted Thompson as saying he and the student had engaged in sadomasochistic sexual behavior, involving "spankings and whippings with a belt."
But a lawyer for the Thompson's accuser called the incident a "brutal sexual assault," not voluntary sex....

I would like to know his daily health regimen and vitamins etc if any..........

I actually know this professor, I've taken one of his courses! Something is definately odd about this story because if you ever see this guy, you would wonder how he'd even be able to still get it up, let alone inflict bruises on anyone, even with a blunt object.
Viagra is dangerous, I suppose.
