Over in Germany, 18th century Hanoverian artist Johann Heinrich Ramberg (1763 - 1840) produced a number of explicit works during the same years Rowlandson and Gillray were working. Ramberg was especially hard to track down - the bio I found was on Wikipedia's German-language site. Here are a handful of his bawdy offerings.
