Actually I have .. I was tied to a chair at the time and someone else was playing with the speed controls. Which made it all the better ;) The little plastic bags you see laying around are actually bags that the male parts go into (along with lube, icy-hot etc.. and the "hand" part hangs on to them via a velcro-like fastener. Regardless of size, it doesn't hang on very hard (no pun intended) which made it damm hard to get relief .. which I suppose was probably the point.

To be clear, the hand hangs onto the bag and the entire thing .. bag, hand et all goes up and down on the male bits. You sit on the white part sticking out from it which holds it steady.

I'm sure it could jerk someone off if they had the controls. However, having it set on what amounts to extra slow with an occasional speed up to keep you hard can be a very frustrating experience for the uhm .. jerkee
