Based on a weather forecast for a mild, overcast day, my partners and I made plans for a pleasant day of brunch and shopping in Athens today. That is, until we woke up and saw this.
OMG. SNOW! In Athens! A rare event -- and especially rare to have a genuine, full out, northern-style snowstorm. The above pix were shot a couple of hours ago. The garden is now buried under a thick blanket of the stuff and the snow shows no signs of stopping.
