Willie's Willie wounds Court's Dignity

A Philadelphia judge who resigned after showing photos of his erect "judicial penis" to a co-worker damaged the court's reputation, a disciplinary court said.

Former Traffic Judge Willie F. Singletary, 31, who resigned in February after he showed cellphone photos, including two of his penis, to a 22-year-old female Traffic Court cashier, was criticized for "bringing his judicial office into public disrepute," Pennsylvania's Court of Discipline said in a ruling Tuesday.
